sanitisation.
[ sæn.ɪ.taɪˈzeɪ.ʃən] noun.
the reduction of bacteria and viruses to safe levels (set by public health standards) to decrease the risk of infection. A step beyond cleaning, sanitisation kills a greater amount of bacteria.
Welcome to your ‘new normal’. We’re glad you’re here.
We can hear you asking these questions through your screen…
What is fogging?
Chemical fogging disinfection is the process in which a disinfectant aerosol or mist is introduced to a workspace to kill bacteria, viruses, and other illness-causing germs. Bio-fogging is an extremely effective sterilisation method which eliminates a high percentage, if not all, pathogens that cannot be reached by conventional cleaning. It is long established and recognised method of sterilising an entire surface area, including walls, ceilings, furnishing, carpets and floors.
Can’t I just clean my space myself?
Yes, however, the fogging process has the advantage of reaching areas that you would normally struggle to reach/clean. Most commonly, we won’t even have to move any of your equipment or furniture before or during the fogging process. The fogging process means you don’t have to worry about ‘missing a spot’, as the disinfectant aerosol very easily reaches every crease and crevice of your space. It also eliminates the need and worry with regards to daily deep cleaning.
Is it safe and practical?
The process of bio-fogging is efficient and fast. We use antimicrobials that are water-based, environmentally friendly, non-corrosive, odourless, and transparent. Whilst completely gentle for humans and animals, it is deadly for a wide range of bacteria and mould. The process of bio-fogging used to require business or spaces to be cleared or closed for sometimes days, today, sanitation lasts minutes. We use the very best specialist dry steam fogging machines, meaning we can cover a large area whilst ensuring the solution reaches and protects all surfaces, hard OR soft.
